Hi all,

As per the title does anyone have a fairly accurate clone?

This one is a favourite among visiting family and friends.

Thanks,
Ben

Send Ross or Mothballs a pm. Probably wont share the complete recipe but they may point you in the right direction.

Thanks bradsbrew. PM sent, will see if anything comes back :drinks:

Spoke with Anthony today. He said there are two options:

1. He can provide a fairly accurate recipe, but not the original, as Ross likes to keep it under wraps.
2. If you are all grain they will make up the exact grain bill (but not tell you exactly what is in it).

It has wattle seed extract and honey in it.

Hops are all Galaxy.

Update from Anthony:

I have attached a sort of clone recipe to make a similar beer. The hopping schedule is exactly the same as the original. The grain bill for the original is a bit different and it has Wattle Seed extract and Macadamia honey as well. The Wattle Seed tends to give a fairly distinct nutty character. The Maris Otter along with Golden Naked Oats and Victory in the clone recipe help to give a somewhat similar nutty profile. Good luck with it. Any questions please let me know.

Hi Chubby, when we make the wort kits we add it at the end of the boil.

Cheers
Anthony
