Hi Doc -

Made a batch of your fine ginger beer recipe - tastes great (and that's before bottling LOL!). How long do I need to leave it to mature? Is it like normal beers (ie: 4-6 weeks??) or can it be drunk earlier.

Will keep you all posted as to how it goes .

Will be ready after three weeks but improves with age.

Recipe is great (doesn't stain) comes out about 5% ish.
