Before I begin ,I apologise as every time I go onto the forum I'm asking for assistance.
I have a recipe for a Pale Ale.LhBS doesn't have most of the ingredients and not very helpful.
Ingedients are;

1.7 kg Coopers Pale Ale can

1.5kg Coopers Wheat Malt Extract

300g Wheat Dry Malt

250g Crystal 270 EBC (65'C for 30m)

Citra - 15g @ 15m, 10g @ 5m

Cascade - 15g @ 12m, 10g @ 7m & 25g dry day 5.

US05

ABV 5.6%

I've never done extract before but willing to give partial a go.Where would I source most of the ingredients?.
The other alternative is to do a standard Coopers Pale can with Beer Enhancer No.2 or use Coopers Wheat Mallt extract with 250g dextrose and drop the Beer Enhanser No.2. Would that work or would that be too much malt?

What ingredients cant you get local?.
Postage is always an option. Marks Home Brew ot Absolute Homebrew out of Sydney should have what your after with reasonable postage costs.

Wouldn't think you need the dry wheat on top of the liquid.
