All you need is a big shag pile rug and you could go into business...

Mate, someone with a holiday annexe would want that. When i was adding one to my outdoor annexe I couldnt get one under $300.

I have to ask. What is an Annexe. Had a quick google and came up with a caravan awning. Cant imagime it would be suitable for that.
Must be one of those Aussie / Melbourne terms that Im not familiar with.

Annexe? Yeah its a caravan awning.......in the 70`s. Todays caravan awnings are generally pergolas or the vanning term is "flyovers", just more of a solid construction with outdoor entertainment being the emphasis, open wood fires beer mosiqutios.. get the drift.

That looks like a copper hood. Ebay might fetch a few buck if no one here grabs it. It is unique.

take it to a scrape yard and sell the copper, mate would be worth a few bucks

Oh man.
If I didn't already have a fuel stove I'd be all over that like a cheap pale blue jumpsuit.

The wife and I.
Cask of Coolabah.
Marvin Gaye / Barry White mix tape.
Break out the fondue set.

Ohhhhhh baby...

Im surprised Barls hasnt grabbed it to convert to a hot smoker ...

Duuude, rip that out and take it to Parramatta scrap (opp Bunnings at North Parramatta). Score yourself a some dough. I broke down and took my old 'Queenslander' from the back deck, got $230 for the aluminium.

Could actually make that go quite well in contemporary or even mid centrury modern inspired room.
If I was ready to build I'd grab it but Im not yet.

No one else sees a nice copper kettle hood?

Wouldn't it be great above an indoor RIMS/HERMS?

;)
