I mash in 14L of flat VB brought up to strike temp.

There are a lot of people on here that use Tank or spring water on their properties.

Some have won state championships with it, so no, it won't be a problem.

All depends on the quality of the water.I'm in North Central Vic,i use bore water from 60 odd ft down,so close to rain water it's not funny.Feckin' lovely stuff :chug:
