So I have a Hoegaarden style wheat using WB-06 yeast just about to bottle, but I was thinking about experimenting with putting another a pale ale down onto the yeast cake. Has anyone tried this?
Have plenty of Cooper Light Malt Extract, a can of Wheat Malt Extract, Cascade, Magnum, EKG, and Czech Saaz hops available. Anyone got a recipe for me?

Cheers.

Ok no takers. Thought I'd try a bit of a hybrid Wheat/Ale then.

1 x Coopers Light Malt Extract 1.5kg
1 x Coopers Wheat Malt Extract 1.5kg
12g x Pride of Ringwood 10% @60mins
20g x East Kent Goldings 6.1% @60mins
20g x EKG @15mins
20g EKG @Flameout
20g EKG dry hopped after 5 days

Pitched onto WB-06 yeast cake from a Hoegaarden clone

23L brew.

This is very similar to a James Boag Wizard Smith Clone I made last year (Except for the yeast) and it was yummy, so we'll see how this goes.

What temp are you going to keep it at? Could make a bit of difference to how it turns out.
