I threw a ESB fresh wort Belgian Ale it in the fermentor last week with white labs Belgian Ale yeast WLP550. Racked it this morning and chucked ESB wheat beer on the yeast cake.

Has anyone tried this combo? What can I expect from the wheat beer?

I have not done the wheat on that before.
I have done the esb Belgian before.

Chuck in 35 gms of Saaz hops in the secondary - comes out really GOOD!.
Dry hop for 2 weeks and cold condition for 4-6 weeks.

What style is it? "Belgian" encompasses sooooo much variety.
