G'day All,

I had some amazing success a couple of months ago using Wyeast 3638 (Bavarian Wheat) at high temperatures to get some really strong banana esters and wanted to now couple that with some fruity, tropical hops - has anyone tried something like this before? Was just going to use a typical Bavarian wheat base and whirlpool+dry hop some Citra/Galaxy, keeping the IBUs around 13.5 with an OG of 1.050 and ferment around 22 degrees with 3638 to bring the banana to the party. On the right track or is this going to create some kind of hybrid frankenstein monster...?

Cheers & Thanks!
