Hi All,

Went to the Good Food and Wine Show on the weekend, tasted a newish brew called Quiet Deeds Pale Ale, tastes pretty good.

Just wondering if anyone had a recipe for it.. Without thinking about it much it might be something like this

I was just going to use us-05, I know they use aus. Cascade and Amarillo but I only have US. Cascade so was going to make do with that,
 
The beer had quite a prominent Amarillo flavour. It reminded me of JS Golden Ale, when it first came out around 2005 (not now). If you don't have any you aren't going to get it right. It will be a good beer, but more like a Little Creatures or SN pale.
