I finished brewing some ginger beer based on Doc's recipe in one of the threads here. It turned out quite clear and beer looking compared to the other very cloudy ginger beers that i have brewed.

But there seems to be something floating in it - it's hard to describe but it seems to form a wall up one side of each bottle - it doesn't appear to be throughout the beer, but like a vertical wall in each bottle.

There's some piccies here
http://www.users.on.net/~jgriffin/beer/ - the last one is probably the best.

Any ideas? It looks kind of like suspended yeast to me.

Looks like the stuff that normally flies around the Beer Makers Ginger Beer kit. Don't worry it will settle on the bottom in a couple of weeks.
Then if you want it in your glass a quick swirl once you've opened the bottle will re-suspend it.

Beers,
Doc

Ah thanks Doc. I'm almost out of the last batch, and the missus would give me hell if had to throw it out.
