I went to Bunnings to get some wood to make a copy of Dents TACBPF http://aussiehomebrewer.com/topic/74451-tight-arse-counter-pressure-bottle-filler/
and came back with these after ratching around the plumbing section.

which ended up as this.

Had to enlarge the hole to fit the bottle top with a dremel
P2110491.JPG
then some holes for the lines and cap

Feed the lines through the holes and through the drilled bottle top and glue in place.

Fill with silicone or glue and cut slot in cap and glue on.I put some glue round the lines as well just in case the silicoe didn't set.

Then trim lines to suit and add fittings

Then fill bottle as per Dents instructions.

I wouldn't think that would take much pressure, would it?
