Another Newbie Question

Hi Guys, with most beer kits I have seen it says to make up to 23 litres, If I was to make a brew ,say up to 20 litres only, would it turn out a better beer or should I make it to instructions which is 23 litres.

Doh If only I knew that yesterday. My Newcastle brown would taste so much better. Oh well, at least I can make another batch after this one to see the difference. :chug:

the best thing to do is try making it up at all levels and finding what is best for your taste.
