Just got my copy of basic brewings all grain dvd (stepping into all grain) pre release version.
And I have to say they have done a top job on this if you are thinking of going the grain then I would highly recommend this (and palmers book).
It last about hour and a bit .They start will milling the grain and go thru to the wort ready to boil. They show infusion mashing, step mashing, batch sparge and continuous sparge .It is a great little dvd and it cost $20US to the door, well worth and its just like Brewing Porn.

Sounds like a great DVD for those that aspire to AG.
It would be nice however, if someone in Oz put a local product togeather, there is plenty of talent out there. Imagine seeing a homebrewed product that talks about locally available ingredients/equipment/methods as well as talking in metric instead of bloody imperial.
Anywyay the following is an extract from the web site sintax69 listed. There are a few restrictions so buyer beware!

All Grain Pre-Release Offer
(Orders Outside the U.S.)
Our first DVD, "Introduction to Extract Home Brewing", was limited to region one encoding. This means it was designed only to play in North American machines. What were we thinking?!?

Our "Stepping into All Grain" DVD has no such region restrictions. However, it is produced in the NTSC format, so it won't play on DVD players or televisions that aren't based on that standard.

We believe the video will play on any computer that has a DVD drive and the ability to view NTSC standard DVDs. Please check your computer's capabilities before you order.

Just by listening to our podcast and finding this page, you are eligible to purchase the video for only $10.00. There will be a $9.00 charge for shipping and handling outside the U.S.

i love all this beer porn, especially the recent spate of books, but as soon as they start talking about gallons and pounds, i'm hearing "5 blah to a 5 blah wort at 72 blah"

very narrow minded and near sighted marketing, but seeing where they come from...

I'd love to have a go at making a local AG video. I reckon it would be a heap of fun and a DVD of any sort would certainly help out those just starting. OInly thing is I might have to get some different vessels, something more suitable for a video release. You see it's the shine of the stainless ;) keeps interferring with the camera work.

What about that spray they're using on number plates to trick speed cameras Justin? ;)
