ALDI 84L Freezer

Hi all,

There's a couple of the now discontinued 84L freezers at my local ALDI, has anyone used these for fermenting? No idea if a standard fermenter would fit in it.

The biggest issue with these fridges/freezers is the compressor hump which limits the size (height mostly) of the fermenter you can fit in there.

I used a bar fridge of a similar size for fermenting for a few years, and just fermented in blue willow water jerry (my no chill cube of choice at the time). I rigged up a different lid with a blow-off tube so it didn't make a horrible mess every time I fermented.
