Then how come everytime i give them a barcode number off an express post satchel they cant and wont even try finding my parcel....has happened on at least 4 occasions. Those barcodes might be scanned at a PO but i doubt it they are tracked.
the 1st time the express parcel is scanned for tracking purposes is when it reaches the destination post office & when it's delivered, so that's basically all the post office can tell you - In over 2 years Auspost has never managed to find a missing parcel sent by our Company, even when it's reached the destination post office, they still dissappear without trace, go figure!!
Wolfy, you are not quite correct - Express post is automatically covered up to $50 contents, but you can't insure for anymore.
++++
Brewers getting shirts delivered to our store will be post free. We will pay the freight cost to P&C.
All we ask is you make a small donation (or large ) to the Red Cross, if you haven't done so already.
Cheers Ross
