Ahb Chat Room

hi all
ive a new comp.hope this isnt the problem but 2 nights running have had troubles getting onto chat.tonight finally made contact however nothing posts or recieves.hit the channel button and get about 500 plus channels.its weird.
anyone else having problems.

big d, do you log on via the link on ahb board? If so, you need java installed on your machine.

If you log on via IRC program, you need to use the server ausnet, and then joinn the ahb room with the command
/join #ahb

thanks for the tips.as you know im currently back on the chat.always go via java just been having trouble up until now.

I have never been able to get into the ahb chat, and I have Java/Java script enabled, but will finish upgrading this machine to OS 10.2.x soon and try again then.
