hi I'm new to AHB and was hoping someone could help me, I want to culture yeast on petri dishes and slants but I don't know how to make the agar wort .
do i just make a normal DME starter and add agar ?
if so how much ?
and is the agar I need to use the same as the agar I use in my kitchen for thickening sauces?
