Not sure if this is recommended, but it's what I gave been doing so far. Spoon into the drill and a few minutes giving it a good mix. Afterwards I have about 30cm of thick foam on top. Sometimes I rehydrate the yeast and as I pour it in it mixes straight in. But When I sprinkle the yeast sits on top of the foam until it settles. Anyone else do this. Should I be mixing yeast in when I hydrate or just pour it in.
