Can't be done easily apparently. Have a look at this article.
What you can do is just add some of the extract and boil with the hops, then add the rest of the extract near the end of the boil, just enough to sterilise it, say 15 minutes. So you're not boiling a really concentrated wort and you get good hop extraction. Sound ok?
