[CO2] = Pabs*e^(2617.25/Tabs)*5/(235 - ABV)


Where Pabs = absolute pressure in kPa, Tabs = absolute temperature in Kelvin.

Note that I've rounded the ABV numbers.

Belated correction: I left a bunch of zeros out of that equation.
