A New Ingredient I Picked Up Today

as we all are always on the hunt for things to go in our beer, today i picked up a 500g jar of vanilla bean honey from myer in their christmas stuff. they also had a ginger honey as well. im not sure what this would go well in so im up for suggestions, bearing in mind i already have a yellow box lager and a strawberry clover blonde aging.

Make a vanilla honey beer, with a wheat beer as your base
