OK - wee stu's brury, bare backed, borrowed brewing at it's best :D

Where did I put that  smilie?

Well done Merc, top bit of kit.

When I look through the pictures, I can see why people spend their money on these things... all the little extras which need to be considered during the fabrication of a home-build are already on it, and done well. Thrmometers, site-glass, screens/false bottoms, pump mounted on the stand, plumbing.... it's all good.
A home-build could certainly be done better, but it would take a lot of effort.

I think I'll refer to your setup while planning mine :)
Drool....

More drool at www.morebeer.com spent ages checking this site out.
TOP setup.

Awesome Mercs Own.
Top rig.
I've been eyeing off the B3 rigs for a number of years now.
I'm thinking instead of buying the Harley or the Porcshe when I have my mid life crisis, I'll just buy a B3 20gal sculpture
