I have just seen this 9l keg on the 'bay, for $79.99 - I am going to get one or two, is there anyone else in Bris who wants one to share the shipping?

Not sure on the quality, I am going to devote it to soda water.

they arent anywhere near the quality (or price) of the italian ones but i've got a couple of the keg king ones and they seem fine for the amount that i use them
there's a lip at the bottom that people are worried about shit hiding in which is a fair call, the other problems are fairly minor

i dont store beer in mine long term and only use them for parties etc or as a dregs keg so they never really have beer in them for more than a few days

if you are thinking of using them to store smaller batches in long term or use them all the time then definately go with the italian ones

I notice they call them Cornelius kegs, which of course is bull crap.
I am sure who ever owns the Cornelius trademark would love that .

Thanks for the advise folks, I picked up a couple and will use one for soda and the other for helping clean and sanitise lines etc.
