if you have a cigarette lighter...
place left hand around the neck of the bottle (just under the lid)
place lighter - on left hand index finger, and the end - just under the lid
squease tight, lever with lighter
drink :)
 
One of my favourite methods involves quickly sliding a metal spatula, or paint scraper up the side of the bottle.
Just knocks the cap straight off, works best with longnecks.

what about the holding the cap on the edge of a wall and slapping down on top of it.. then jamming the bottle into ones face before you can see if its chipped/smashed or not:)
 
My uncle used to do it with his front teeth. That is until his front teeth ended up on the other side of the room. I was too young to remember the incident at the time, but I can imagine ...

I always open a stubby on the meat of the under forearm near the elbow.Works nearly all the time, except when, after the 6-7 "new"(for kook) some prick hands me one without the twist top!! :blink:

New was definately an "experience"

Still, I think extra dry is worse than it headache wise. Urgh.
