Don't know what to do as a second all grain beer. Way to many choices, so I have 3 on the cards. First was a smash with nz hops fermenting away nicely.
2 beer.....
Saison
English bitter
Or a all tassie malt and hop pale. (Would be making this recipe up)

Any advice/recommendations/recipes
I want to keep it relatively simple

Thanks.

Just make something simple like and APA or an English bitter.

95% Ale, 5% crystal. Mash at 66-67.

If you're new to brewing don't jump in the deep end, it's cut too many potential good brewer's hobby short

English bitter is easy from that list (to brew and drink). All Tas malt because you're in Tas? I'm guessing NFH malt?
