I hate to say this, but there are very few brewers in Australia - especially at this time of year, that will need a heating only temp controller.

I might be wrong, but keeping something cool is the constant problem I have, whereas keeping something warm is not something I have ever struggled with. And I've lived in the hottest and coldest state in Australia.
