23l Carboys And Carboy Hoods

I have a 23L glass carboy I bought at our local homebrew shop a while back.
It has a neck size of 30mm ID and 55mm OD. I was looking at using a carboy hood as those in the MoreBeer website (http://morebeer.com/search/102269).
Is anyone down here using them, and if so which of the two sizes fit the carboys generally available in Australia?

I saw something similar at TWOC home brew shop in Bibra Lake WA when I was down there earlier today But i don't know what size they were.
