Nullnvoid, invite me around for a BBQ and I'll bring my mini kegs. Give me a bit of notice and I'll make sure to fill them with beers your lady will like. That should do the trick.

  • water chemistry - have the book, have the kit to send off, just need to pay for it...
  • proper O2 aeration into fermenters
  • in 2017 thou shall not care if one uses 20 ingredients in a brew or includes some flavouring extracts as long as the finished beer is awesome ~ that is the priority, technique only takes one so far
  • get in on a brew-day at a place using a different commercial system to what I have experience with
  • no volunteering unless there is mutual benefit and less cost to me
  • three collaborative brews

1. Setup garage/spare room for brewing in new house
2. Get fermentation fridge going
3. Get a Pid for my BIAB setup or get a new mash tun for 2v
4. New insulation for my boilers
5. Setup my mm mini and motion dynamics mill
6. Get another corona mill for corn (have left my current one with a mate)
7. More kegs and some 5L demis
8. More grain more hops and more styles

Only a short list haha sure I can think of more ;)

1. Build or buy a keggle and burner so I can increase brewing capacity and move into the garage
2. Start re-using yeast and making starters
3. Start playing with water chemistry
4. Hopefully harvest enough hops from my 1st year Chinooks to brew a wet hopped beer
5. Don't stop learning/experimenting!

Sounds like there's a variety of builds in the pipeline this year, hopefully we see a few 'Build threads'
...I like 'Build threads,

I really need to get a motor for my new mill that's being sat idle for 6months. Hopefully another mini keg bulk buy won't derail me again.
Also I've got approval to get a bigger Chest freezer so the misses can have my smaller one for food. So that means a few more kegs and taps etc.

1. Use my remaining extract ingredients up.
2. Use my new robobrew and brew to some tried and true recipes.
3. Start buying keg bits and pieces.
4. Find a fridge or freezer for kegging.
5. Exercise more so I can drink more

1. Use up ingredients which I already have before buying more (base grains excluded).

2. Aim for at least 2 brews per 3 weeks.

3. Finalise setting up CO2 and O2 gear.

4. Play more/learn more with yeasts.

5. Sours.
