Still not sure how my plans to have a lazy spring/summer got so fudged up.

The missus booked us a 2 week holiday to tazzie a while ago and this is in the middle of it. So I shall be there sampling the local produce.

I doubt I will make it this year, having already been to the UK on a beer sampling holiday, and being rostered on for day shift on the Sunday doesnt help either. For all noobies to the beerfest, be ready for the noise in the hall, it is quite loud.
Morrisons beer is pretty good, but he never has any merch for sale. Needs to get with the times a bit. Where are the Morrison Brewery T shirst for sale, (seeing as I cant get 1 for free) or maybe a few Morrison pint glasses.
Seriously though, drop by and have a chat, he's pretty easy to get on with, and nowhere near as grumpy now he is only working 1 job.
Whats wrong with Willie this year jlm. Too many gushers??, just cracked the ***** or doesnt need the exposure anymore.

Went about three years ago with two (admittedly) bourbon fancying mates and was actually a little disappointed at the turnout. Found a better selection back at the New Sydney Hotel, conveniently located across from our motel.
Perhaps times have changed.

On the other hand, we've been to three Taste of Tasmania festivals that were all crackers. Same beer stalls, but more delicious food. And wines. Handy when you've stuffed you guts full seafood, fried things, fruit and cheese and so on.

I'm only assuming we're not there by looking at the site and the fact I haven't been asked to work the cellar door those dates....it's being advertised out at railton not sure what's going on.
Mind you with the current crazy shifts working two jobsI'm not entirely sure what day it is, only that I really don't want to stay at the pub in Whitemark anymore.

You could always stay at Phil the Masturbators units down at Lady Baron. I stayed there a few years ago, quite nice, and Phil was a great guy as well. Got his nickname because he didnt get a girlfriend until he was nearly 40. I just called him Phil, but everybody from Flinders used his full nickname.
