2 Can Pils

Hi looking to do a 2 can pils from coles (Brewcraft brand if I can remember) also add about half a kilo of Dex to get alcohol content up a bit.

How do u think that will turn out?

Will be 4 cans in 46 litres, problem is i'm out of beer at the moment and I will be doing this 2nite, I will b rehydrating the yeast as usual but my LHBS dosen't stock other yeast as far as I know? This is a tin pot town with too much money & people don't get right into brewing beer that much.

Also can't keep it that cool but it should sit at about 18-20 degrees caus emy fridge broke!

Also will be kegging it! Oh well I will give it a go and see what happens can't be too bad I already drink powers gold in cans so its gotta be better than that!

HI mate,
I moved from Gladstone about 2 years ago, and you just summed up the place perfectly. No taste in beer, and most of em just drink that foul bundy shite.

I always thought a HBS would go well there, but on second thoughts, maybe not, as all the workers are too cashed up/tired to bother making thier own, so they just hit the pub.
