I've got a stack of empty bottles hanging around which could do with filling, so going to work on my small batch (15L) brews, to get some variety happening.
I've not done an IPA before so thought I'd start with that.

15L
4kg Pale Ale Malt
0.5kg Light Munich
0.4kg Torrified Wheat
0.2kg Crystal
40g Cascade @ 30m
20g Nelson Sauvin @ 30m
20g Cascade @10m
20g Centenial @ 10m
20g Nelson Sauvin @10m
10g Cascade @ 3 days Dry Hop
10g Nelson Sauvin @ 3 days Dry Hop
American Ale II yeast

Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge
Mash @ 67.8 deg

10 minute additions are actually going to be cube hops as I no-chill.

Beersmith is telling me this should be OG = 1.074 and FG~= 1.018, IBU~=55

Biggest concern is will the Centennial be lost in all the Cascade and Nelson Sauvin? (I've only got 20g left from previous brews) Or should I swap it out with some Amarillo (50g in stock), Galaxy (100g in stock) or even some Sorachi Ace (55g in stock) and re-balance the additions?

thanks,
mike
