:huh: Just pitched a bottle of yeast from the fridge I got from a batch before hand into an Irish red.
Checked it this morning all normal happily fermenting at 15 deg in temp control.
Went to work.
When I got back..........Almost filled my fridge with Krauzen. Thick pure yeast covered the lid of my fermenter.
Tasted great I was thinking of cropping it.
Washed the fermenter and put it back in the fridge.
I have done 4 batches with this strain and this is the only one that has done this. Although it is the first use of the second generation.
