I made a 12 gallon batch.
.5 lbs dex
1/4C sucrose
1/4C wild honey
3 @ 3.3lb tins of Munton's Dark prehopped LME
Poured the wort over ice and split evenly between 2 fermenters.
1st half batch made with safbrew s-33. 2nd half batch made with Munton's Ale yeast
I did a 60 min boil of Citra and another hit of Citra at 15 minutes
I have made Muntons prehopped with Citra before and it was very good.
The fun will be difference betwixt the 2 yeasts.
