I'm think about having a go at a 100 IBU IPA using all NZ hops. This is what I've come up with, thoughts or comment ?

Recipe: 100 IBU NZ IIPA
Brewer: Stuart
Style: Imperial IPA
TYPE: All Grain

looks good to me! now... where is the dry hops?!

I'd be very tempted to get some NZ flowers for a big dryhop.
