    Thanks heaps for the detailed instructions, Mark. I'll definitely invest in more yeast (I only bought one pack). What's the purpose of the cube? I use a Fermentasaurus with pressure kit. I can push the air out with CO2 whilst everything cools down. Would that be the same? Would you advise...
