    Also most domestic leads eg. White ones you buy from bunnings are 0.75mm2 so are more prone to heating up melting the insulation and shorting out under continuous heavy loads Cheers Nath

    What else to get with a plate chiller?

    The ones I have at work are used for the 1Mega watt gen sets, the radiator cooling towers are on the roof so get pumped down to the basement and through the chiller and through the big V18 MTU twin turbo Diesel

    Ableflex for a keggle insulator

    I'm sure it would work as it is foam based, but being in 100mm strips could get annoying not only flammable if it is a gas fired keggle

    Has anyone actualy opened the box and looked at the actual temp controler as that is where the cert will be it may only just be a name plate rating found on many imported commercial kitchen appliences that the 3phase versions of which are technicaly illegal here as they have 2 black actives...

    Have you got common neutrals in your panel as this will cause both elcb/rcd (same thing) to trip as there will be an imbalance on the neutral so the RCD thinks that it is going to earth and trips Cheers Nath
