Hi all, I've got a 3kg ESB Hoegaarden kit and I'm wondering which yeast I should use. I have a packet of Safbrew T-58 that came with the kit and also some White Labs Belgian Ale, WLP550 liquid yeast. Also, what temperature should I be brewing at? Thanks
