    Dr Smurto Golden Ale 19L (Snoo version)

    As you'd expect from basically the Dr Smurto recipe this turned out fantastic. The Bohemian Pils added a really nice but of body. I had a 6 pack of JSGA last week to remember what it tastes like and this is better.

    This is amazing after 10 days in the bottle. Beautiful head and tasty with the tiniest hint if toasty notes coming through. Definitely not red but a fantastic beer yum yum

    I didn't taste it going in but I'll taste it in the morning. I have 100g of Northdown which I'll take your advice and throw in 2-3 days before bottling. Should be an interesting experiment.
