    A nod to Crankshaft

Sorry nothing to do with the lose of flavour, but I notice there is no Ekuanot hops in your Crankshaft. I have made this beer many times and have found the flavour profile to be spot on. Have you tried your recipe side by side?

    Tried everything! Infection again!

Very limited info on that page, where are they located? And how to use? It shows quantities but not application process. If this is the same as PBW I have some of this. Cheers Tim

    Tried everything! Infection again!

What does everyone clean their fermentation chambers with? I use lo suds cleaner and then spray with Starsan type sanitizer. I do see at times dirty lines in the corners and find it difficult to fully remove soils or mould whatever it is. I have thought about using a silicone sealant around...

Alcohol Free Beer Brewing (Dont hurt me!)

Just thinking outside the box and saw this post on another topic, could you use this instead with the wort? https://wellnessmama.com/8942/ginger-bug/ It does say it can be used with other roots or juices.

    Chemical off taste

So a little update, one of the brews that had the chemical taste but on a lesser scale has lost this flavour. It is still very cloudy, looks like light coloured mud. This one is drinkable now but only a couple at a time. Still unsure as to what the issue is. Tim

    Chemical off taste

Hi everyone, I new to the forum. I have two brews in kegs (one tastes worse than the other) with notable chemical flavour. I had this in another brew and thought that it was just the flavour of that hop that I did not like. Now to have it again I'm scratching my head as to what it could be...
