    What Are These Bubbles?

there was no skin which was weird, the only thing I did different was I racked the beer 4 days into fermentation into secondary fermenter. The ring around where the beer line was looks like flour stuck to the sides.

Uncle Kev Is At It Again....

if you are a worker and earn less than 80k you get 950. If you earn 80-90 it's 600, if you earn 90-100 it's 450 (?) and anything over 100 you get squat.

    What Are These Bubbles?

hey guys, first time I dry hopped a clone of Smurto's Golden Ale, left the amarillo pellets in secondary vessel (just threw in a handful) and now went to rack to keg tonight and noticed bubbles on top of the beer? any idea what it is? is it an infection ? *edit* actually it's got the same...

    The People's Beer

I drink VB all the time and enjoy it. I drank an entire case on Australia Day. My brother drinks it, all my cousins drink it, pretty much everyone I know drinks it. Sure it's not the greatest, fanciest beer on earth but it does it's job (quenches your thirst, gets you pissed after a hard day!)

Soft Drink On Tap? Will It Work?

to not screw the keg seals and stuff wouldn't it be better to use soda water in the keg and just mix in a glass like cordial?

Which Commercial Kegs Can You Legally Own?

I don't think too many people have a huge problem with it, but you don't want to attract flies to shit. you know. so you don't hold a huge sign up saying "HEY EVERYONE I'M A THIEF!" as it attracts unwanted attention and I'm pretty sure some brewery spies would glance at this board every now and...

    Who's Off Their Face?

sweating a bit there Grant ;) I'm pretty screwed myself, drinking an 8.9% concoction of whatever kits and bits I had laying around. It's a struggle to drink it actually! here's one I prepared earlier though, about 8am in Italy. Surely 2 bucks.

Which Commercial Kegs Can You Legally Own?

stealing a beer keg and stealing a milk crate are the same thing. Do you know of anyone being busted for having owned a milk crate?

Which Commercial Kegs Can You Legally Own?

very good point Grant. I always figured 'finders keepers' though, but I do see the problem here. Years back I found a bicycle on my way home, It could of been stolen for all I knew and I handed it in to the cop shop. A few months later I got a call to come and collect my shiny new bike as no one...

The Increasingly Mis-named Range Of Aussie Beers

without veering too OT, the Reinheitsgebot was ruled as anti-competitive by the EU in about 1987. Although having one set of guidelines and having to stick to it should be a good thing. If only it happened here.

Which Commercial Kegs Can You Legally Own?

you'll find ever since drink companies went to the better/cheaper Bag in a Box method they sold all their old postmix kegs. So they are legally owned.
