The Brauduino (Matho’s Controller) Build/Advice/Question Thread

Hi all, I've got one of these Mathos controller gathering dust up for grabs. It's got a couple of connections required to finish it off, but as I have to get my head back around it, I haven't bothered. Based in Tweed Heads. If someone wants to pay $30 to ensure postage is covered, I'll mail...

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I ended up taking this with me to the Gold Coast (Tweed Heads). I have also downgraded certain components, so I now have the following for sale: HLT – cheap Chinese ss 80L pot (pitting unfortunately but could be restored by pickling?); 2-piece ss ball valve w...

    3-vessel Brew Rig For Sale

I'm migrating north and I've decided to sell my 3v setup to downsize to BIAB or a DIY BM. The rig has served me well doing single-batches, but is capable of double-batches. It's mobile - roll it in-and-out of the garage for brew day. A good starting point, it can easily be built on. I'm looking...

    New Brewing Equipment: Brewie

Hey, Was trying to find a discussion on this new brewing machine I've seen but couldn't find one. Thoughts? I just wonder how it keeps itself so clean. Hygiene will be critical if its also carrying out the fermentation. Thomas.

MM Case Swap - Tasting Thread

Guys just opened a bottle of my ESB and it's flat! Obviously the cap hasn't sealed properly as I've had others that are fine (even too carbed!). Hopefully it's just this one, but please let me know. Thomas.

Enjoyed myself too much. I don't suppose anyone grabbed my blue Colombia backpack? I think I left it behind. I checked with the pub and with the trams. Thomas.

    July Meeting Pale Ale Comp

I'm afraid I had to pull out as well. I had some results slips from people who had entered into the Westgate Brewer's Stout Mania - namely Declan's and Kris Nilsen's. Let me know if you want your result sheets sooner - otherwise I'll bring it to the next meeting. Wish I had been there...

    Keen to join.

Guys, Thanks for the welcome. I work for CUB. I have been on secondment as a technical brewer, but I'm returning to my role in quality soon. And yes, it's the 112. It sounds it will be as convenient as I thought, although I may have to bus it over to Sydney road occasionally. Thomas.
