    Alcoholic soda water?

    Wouldn't 96% ethanol/alcohol be expensive to buy?

    Alcoholic soda water?

Has anyone made this?! Keen to try it. I'd made a ginger beer last month (and put nearly 1kg of raw ginger in it), tasted very dry, and could hardly taste any ginger in it. So I bought some Bickford's Ginger Beer cordial, added a small amount to each glass pulled, and it tastes awesome. The...

    Moving from K&K to AG

The 60L batch will be split into 3x 20L batches (each in a 30L fermenter). I don't have mains gas (got the 45kg LPG bottles instead). I would prefer to buy a 9kg bottles (and a quick Google tells me that LPG is the same as propane, lol). I heard using electric would take too long to heat up...

    Moving from K&K to AG

After doing kit beers for 2 years, I've finally decided that I want to make the move to AG. The first thing I'm going to buy is a kettle, but not sure on size. I plan on doing a 60L batch on each brew day - which size kettle would I need? I think I need to allow space for boil over, as well as...

Morgan's beer tin vs malt extract

I swapped out the 1.5kg tin of malt, for 0.5kg of light DME. I've only just kegged so not fully carbonated yet, but the taste is pretty much the same (as is the ABV%). So far so good :) Next experiment is adding 250g maltodextrin to my next brew. Will see how that turns out in a couple of weeks.

Morgan's beer tin vs malt extract

Hey, Ive been brewing with Morgan's beer tins for about 9 months, and while my beers are good i'm starting to experiment a bit. When I first started, I mixed Morgan's Pacific Pale Ale tin (1.7kg) with Morgan's Master Malt (Extra Pale) (1.5kg), adding dextrose and dry-hopping. I'm starting to...

    Kegging Setups

So here's the update. It will hold 6x 19L. I've only got 3 kegs right now (not all connected up yet). Also used my old fridge for fermenting. Both temp controlled.

    Kegging Setups

I went ahead and ordered a Westinghouse WCM2900WD (not the same as above). After measuring, it appears it will hold 6x 19L kegs. I'll report back here on how it goes!

    Which bar fridge is this?

Thanks. $498 for the triple tap one, + another $95 for delivery from VIC to QLD. Can't seem to find any decent priced ones local to me.

    Which bar fridge is this?

Hi, First time poster! Does anyone know what make/model this fridge is? https://cheekypeakbrewery.com.au/5-triple-tap-kegerator-std-intertaps I'd like to buy it myself and fit my own taps, rather than pay someone to do it. Or can anyone recommend something that can hold 3x (or 6x) 19L kegs?
