    Guide To Keg Forced Carbonation.

Well I tried it out, took me 2 go's, 300kpa and rocked for 1 min 20 seconds each time. I kept to the method at the start of the post and then winged it for the 50L. I did the IPA on the left it's a bit cloudy as it should be after first kegging. This is my preferred method of carbing now...

    Guide To Keg Forced Carbonation.

I normally do 280kpa for 26 hrs @ 1.5 degrees( after I've purged the keg a couple of times) but I often forget to turn the gas off and over carb them, I'm hoping I can get better control of carbing.

A hundred bucks is a bit much of a price increase over a short time, I'll be looking around at other can seamers now to compare them and get value for money.

All About Canning - Cannular Can Seamers and More...

I'm definitely interested in one of these can steamers as I'm not carting a keg and gas bottle around when I go out, and to buy decent beer is fairly expensive. Does anyone else have any feed back on the units? Stokesy

SS Conical vs plastic fermenters for kits and extracts

Im not looking at making them on a large scale, just for my own use and maybe the odd one here or there. Im more interested in the kits and cans in conicals, as from what i read and see they are more for all grain brewing. I may be wrong, but i gotta ask.

SS Conical vs plastic fermenters for kits and extracts

G'day everyone, ive been brewing since august last year and just put my 21st 46L brew down all kits and cans. I was wondering if a stainless conical fermenter is better than the flat bottom plastic fermenters for kits and cans? Im thinking of making custom stainless conicals as i believe they...
