    Cool New Brewery Toy!

I'd be more concerned about having your brews ready for your time frame. The only brew I'd try to be ready for Christmas if brewing yesterday would be a wheat with 3068.While nott is quick,if you like it,it does drink better with conditioning.

    Only One Keg Foaming Heaps...

Great post.If I was a retailer I'm sure I wouldn't be patronizing clients in such a public way.Just unprofessional. If it is frustrating maybe your field is elsewhere. The craft market is more about patience and teaching. Eventually with a guiding hand people learn and become loyal clients.MHB's...

    Why Use Glass Bottles?

Every container has it's place.I'm quite partial to having the surplus 2lts from filling 2 kegs, as a taster.I'll very rarely bottle in glass. But I will to age. With a constant co2 supply, with high turnover glass is a waste for me.Unless I want to age a beer.If going out I'll take the 9 lt keg...

    Wine Smell?

Mate I think you are gold either way, cascade throws lots of different florals, many wine like with different yeasts.I'm not familiar with Cal.ale never used it.But your temps are good and if the dry hopping is harsh, time will mellow it.20g of cascade sounds great to me either way. B) Not sure...

    Sierra Nevada@dan Murphys

I love the Torpedo and Celebration equally, with SNPA just outside.I also love great beers and tweaking them cheaply.I always thought SNPA was a little lacking so tweaked it a little to my taste to compliment my clones of Torpedo and Celebration.

Fantastic vids Thirsty, wish they were around when I purchased mine.No instructions and first time using a CPF took some nutting out. My grasp of Russian improved however,as they were the only source for help at the time :)

    Hop Question (neslon Sauvin)

Never tasted burnt rubber even in a SMASH,with @ 60 addition.I did however changed my hop profile to @ 30 min for earliest addition in a SMASH. Haven't tried the Brew dog IPA your referring to.Have never seen a NS reference to this, but have to some yeasts.
