It is hard to get, I got mine through hoppy days, he got 4 vials in and it sold out in an hour.
Kviek is a monster, starts quick, I made a starter a while ago and I saw action within 7 minutes, no stir plate either

I've only ever batch sparged and I have always done this at 75c, although I've only done 12 all grain batches. I'm no expert though

Hey all, I went to the medieval festival today north of Brisbane and was totally blown away by some mulled wine I tried.
Does anyone have a simple recipe that tastes good and is easy to put together?
