    Just another controller build

    If you have mounted any SSR's to the wood I strongly suggest suggest using a heatsink to get the SSR away from the wood. SSR's have a habit of melting/burning when they fail.

    Cheers for the link! I did get it red hot with the mapp torch - brazing rods were just struggling to get flowing. Probably due to my inexperience though. Pots a few mm thick.

    Hey guys, First attempt at brazing stainless. Didn't quite go as planned. May have used the wrong brazing rod (nickel & bronze). Has the pot been ruined by too much heat? Still needs fixing - silver solder seems to be what I should have used in the first place?

    Fermentasaurus - dry hopping under pressure

    Why not use a magnet and hop bag? When you want the hops to be added to the wort remove the outside magnet and the hop bag will drop down into the wort (add a small weight to make sure the bag sinks).
