    Out of date yeast

    Hi all I have just put down an extract lager but it was slightly out of date. Should I use this yeast or get some new stuff from LHBS? It is only a 5g sachet and the ones I usually use are 11g. Should I measure out 5g or chuck the whole new 11g sachet in? Cheers Nick

    Can i re-prime flat bottles?

    I put down a brew and after 2 months in the bottles is still flat. Can I open them and add more priming sugar and re cap them?
