Going to use this yeast for the first time tomorrow - any advice on pitching temp and fermentation temps?

I've some friends who want me to brew a Coopers Pale Ale clone, and I'm wondering what water profile you guys have used successfully?

I'm wondering if anyone is successfully doing this? I'd be very keen to buy a couple if it can reliably carbonate a batch prior to bottling. I know you have to make/buy a sounding valve, and I know it's possible to do in theory, but is anyone actually doing it?

Does anyone have or knowwhere I can get a water quality report with the relevant info for brewers? I’m Hills District, WA. After an afternoon of searching it seems the best option may be to fork out to get a lab to test a bottle from my house?
