I'm wondering if anyone is successfully doing this? I'd be very keen to buy a couple if it can reliably carbonate a batch prior to bottling. I know you have to make/buy a sounding valve, and I know it's possible to do in theory, but is anyone actually doing it?

Hi there - old post but where did you get this data? I'm on Hills District water (Southern River) and can't find a report that gives levels of Ca and SO4. Have emailed Water Corp but no response...

Does anyone have or knowwhere I can get a water quality report with the relevant info for brewers? I’m Hills District, WA. After an afternoon of searching it seems the best option may be to fork out to get a lab to test a bottle from my house?
