    How to dispose of spent grains?

    I have 2 large dogs and usually buy 8kg bags of dog food. I just keep the bags once I'm finished with them and Chuck my used grain in that, tape it up and put it in the bin. No flies, no smells, no wuckas!

    Bodriggy - chuckaboo Really really tasty! Local Melbourne brewer. Bit pricey but definitely worth it. It's got coriander in it that adds an amazing cooling element to the beer that really works superbly with the hops profile.

My girlfriend (a little bit of a chemistry nerd, but oblivious to beer/brewing techniques) said that it should take somewhere between 5-10 minutes for the mash to reach an equilibrium in pH depending on...
